- Induction therapy nadir 3 weeks
Count recovery: - GCSF (filgrastim)
Viral
- Acyclovir
Fungal: - fluconazole
- micafungin
Stop Criteria:
- Afebrile 48hrs
- If still neutropenic: prophylaxis
- amox + cipro
- moxi
