•Hydration and cool mist humidifier

•Freezer air can relieve symptoms

•Steroids if stridor with exertion

•Dexamethasone 0.6 mg/kg (2-3 day half life)

•Orapred 2mg/kg/day for 3-5 days

•Racemic epi if stridor at rest

Intubation if fails racemic epi
