- If still feverish / untreated by OTC pain meds and rest
-Antibiotics - <2yo or Severe (otorrhea) = 10 days
- 3yo - 10yo = 7 days

10 yo = 5 days
- Amoxicillin
- If PCN Allergy: cephalosporins, macrolides
- Failed firstline treatment: augmentin, cephalosporins
